1) A particular series of circumstances led me to meet a certain family member for the first time.
2) The meeting happened in a location of stunning natural beauty and special significance to our family.
3) We reflected and shared our separate stories, sitting in awe as we got our first good look at one another.
4) I revealed that although I didn't know her, I knew of her, and she had inspired me.
5) I noted that there is good fortune in this world and I have experienced a great deal of it lately. I added that yes, work brings good luck, and I have worked hard. But there is a factor of dumb luck in there too.
